My client, a forward thinking, successful and client focussed Digital Marketing Agency based in Folkestone are recruiting for an Administration/ Operations Assistant Monday- Friday 9-5.30. Salary £17,000 to begin with. This is an exciting opportunity that would suit an organised, friendly and passionate person that enjoys a varied role. There is no set progression for this role as the day to day duties vary, however if you show willing, the opportunity could be there in the future! This company are doing something unique in the industry and have clear visions as to the future of the business. They are looking for team players to join the Operations Team, no specific experience is required, this could be seen as an entry level role. Day to day duties: - As with all roles these duties may vary from time to time but you will be largely involved in the smooth running of the business operation. You will be responsible for handling internal and external requests for the office, HR, Health and Safety, Finance and Culture Secretarial duties such as answering the phone and responding to email queries Some PA duties for the Directors Finance support such as inputting invoices Office maintenance- even fetching milk from Tesco’s! Operational support Office suppliers and documents The overall goal for the role is to work across the office to make sure every team member has what they need to perform their role to the fullest, guided and supported by the Operations Team. Skills & Attributes needed: You must demonstrate the ability to be an outstanding communicator, fully accountable, wholly positive, effective in your role, and self-aware- (happy to discuss this further if suitable for the role) Highly organised Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills Both written and spoken English to a high standard An excellent grasp of mathematics and basic statistics An aptitude for online Excellent interpersonal skills A keen ability to problem solve and find solutions Prioritisation, time and workload management No set experience is required for the role, but if you have worked in an administrative role previously this will put you at an advantage!
