My client, a Property Development company based in Rochester are recruiting for an exciting new position as an Office Supervisor/ PA to join their team Monday-Friday 8.30-17:30 with an hour for lunch (there is some flexibility on start/finish times). Salary £20-£27k dependent on experience. This is a brilliant opportunity for an energetic candidate who either has a Property related Degree looking for their career role in the Property industry or an Office Supervisor/PA who has worked within the industry before doing a similar role. There will be on the job training to learn how this company do things and it comes with variety each day! This company are looking for a hard working and passionate person to join & grow with their team. Day / weekly duties: This role will be split between PA duties to the Managing Director, and an office coordinating position ensuring tasks are being carried out smoothly, as well as ensuring the Properties are being managed correctly. There will be variation so there may be other added duties to this role…. •Monitor and log the deals through offer to rejection •Produce weekly reports on the database to see the status of the sites •Collect site data and assist the MD on the in-house project tracking system (weekly) •Put deal information packs together •Take minutes of meetings •Collect information for KPI reports •Monitor site database and collect information to complete KPIS for other staff members •Maintain relationships with vendors and agents by contacting them regularly and ensuring opportunities are therefore not missed •Support the Director in general PA duties in which will vary •Attend site visitors with the Director to visually see what work they do As you can see this role offers an interesting and varied week that will challenge you, this is a position you can take responsibility and ownership of!
